The Facilitating Career Development  (FCD) program is an internationally recognized training certificate program for people working with clients/students in career development or job counseling. The 120-hour class meets to prepare you for success in the growing field of career development. This course combines face-to-face training with eLearning to give you the skills you need to work in any type of career development setting.  The FCD title designates individuals working in a variety of career development settings who have met the requirements set forth by the National Career Development Association (NCDA). Those who complete this course are qualified to apply to become a Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP).
